In a room with numeruous glazed wall partitions, Verano-konwektor^® duct heaters are a perfect source of heat. They are used with success both for heating elegant and spacious rooms of residential building industry and for public utility (e.g. at car dealer's and in display halls), as well as in churches and heritage parks and castles and palaces. Shortly speaking, they are suitable wherever we want to ensure optimal temperature and preserve character and looks of the interior and its functionality. This is a very discrete way of heating rooms because the heater was designed so as an aestheticly looking grate fitted into the floor was the only visible element . Heat exchanger has been placed in the trench and remains practically unnoticeable.

It is recommended to place trench convectors along external glazed wall partitions (i.e. terrace doors, wide windows etc.).It would be best if the length of trench convector is equal to or longer than the length of the glazed surface. They can also be placed along the internal walls and in the corners.

COMFORT – The transfer of heat by means of convection, provides even distribution of temperature in heated rooms and natural circulation of air, which affects good comfort and mood of users. Convectional air circulation affects its homogenisation (elimination of air zones containing exhaled CO2). When close to a heater, no unpleasant feeling of too high temperature appears that whould affect comfort and mood of users in a negative manner.

DURABILITY - resistant to corrosion owing to the application of precious materials for the construction of the exchanger.

FUNCTIONALITY - Trench heater does not interfere with the character and looks of the interior and does not inhibit its functionality. Construction of a trench heater type VP

The equipment of Verano-konwektor^® trench heaters with natural convection includes:

• a galvanised tub (casing) (with standard black RAL 9005 varnishing; There is a possibility of varnishing in any colour of RAL pallet),
• copper and aluminum heat exchanger with deaerating valve,
• anchor (for shallow trench heaters Hmax=20 cm),_max=20 cm),
• separating bulkhead (except for a shallow heater of H = 7,5 cm),
• water connection 2xGW ¾",

Additional equipment of Verano-konwektor^® trench heaters with natural convection includes:

• installation cover, thickness: 1 cm,
• framing around the tub of the heater type "L" or "Z" made of natural or anodised aluminum,

• Aluminum grate (natural, varnished in any colour of RAL pallet or anodized);

Dimentions

Verano-konwektor^® trench heaters of the following width dimension are available: 20, 25, 29 and 38 cm. The exchanger may be placed along wall of the trench (Verano trench heaters 35 and 54 cm deep) or centrically (Verano trench heaters 7.5, 9, 11, 14 and 25 cm deep). In the second variant, air is sucked at both sides of the heating element. The width of the heater results from the width of the exchanger and the width of the air suction zone.

The length of Verano trench convectors ranges from 80 to 400 cm. The depth of trenchs of the Verano heater is: 7.5, 9 and 11, 14, 25, 35 and 54 cm.

The exchanger is 30 cm shorter than the total length of the trench.

There is a possibility of making a trench heater of VP type of non-standard lengths (NS).
